Spring is here and now is the time to have your windows open. I live on Lynn Ave and due to the local train blowing their wistle 25 times from start to finish (on their 2 block route next to Lynn Ave), the bikers who are determined to rev-up their unmuffled engines, and speeders who think Lynn Ave is Raceway Park: I CANNOT SLEEP AT NIGHT!

During the winter (when all windows are closed) it is loud enough to have to shout on the phone to have a conversation, but now that the weather is warm, and windows are open, there is no stop to this obsene nuisance! Please be more considerate of your neighbors and the neighborhood.

In lieu of neighborly respect, my only option will be, is to contact the police department, start writing down license plate numbers of those offending, and calling in my complaints to the department. Isn't there a better use for our tax dollars than to ask them to babysit the block?
