Who do you think President-elect Barack Obama should have in his cabinet and why?

I've seen a lot of names tossed around in the media including a couple different Kennedys (Robert Jr. and Caroline), Sen. John McCain, John Kerry, David Axelrod (chief strategist in Obama campaign), Robert Gibbs (communications director for Obama's campaign), Republican senators Chuck Hagel of Nebraska and Dick Lugar of Indiana and Robert Gates.

How do you think Obama can "reach across the aisle" in picking his cabinet?
