Back to page topI really don't appreciate listening to fireworks going off all night for half the summer in my neighborhood. If it wasn't for that, I couldn't care less if people want to use them.

Then I got a dog.
Our dog is so terrified of them that as soon as she hears the faintest "pop," she tries to run and hide. This has made walking outside particularly difficult lately. Even inside the house, she still hears them and flips out.
Here's what I really don't like: fireworks that start in May and go until September. It would make my dog's life much easier if people shot them off only on July 4 - or at least the week of the Fourth.
