Glendale United Methodist Church, 13550 Glendale Road, is having an American Red Cross bloodmobile on Thursday, July 31 from 2 to 7 p.m.

The blood drive is part of a campaign that launches “Red Cross Racing,” to engage NASCAR fans as blood donors and to raise awareness about the ongoing need for blood.

A blood donor card or driver’s license, or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Donors must be 17 years old (16 years old with a signed parental/guardian consent form) and must weigh at least 110 pounds.
