This $1.4 million ho-hum report really is beating a dead horse. </p> <p class="RAG"> I heard it stated best yesterday when a radio talk-show host said the report was like taking all the books that have been written about Muhammad Ali and re-releasing them in a new format. It may be interesting, but it isn’t anything that hasn’t been written or said before. </p> <p class="RAG"> There’s a good use of a million dollars. Let’s hype up a report, restate the obvious and play it to death in the media (ESPN). </p> <p class="RAG"> Upon releasing the report, Sen. Mitchell urged Bud Selig not to reprimanding any of the players named in the report. </p> <p class="RAG"> Sooo, what was the reason for the report? </p> <p class="RAG"> And oooo… What will Bud Selig do now? </p> <p class="RAG"> Continue to turn his head? That’s my bet, as you stated he’s been doing it for years. </p> <p class="RAG"> Or come down like a ton of bricks on all MLB’s superstars. </p> <p class="RAG"> I can’t wait to see what comes of this… (I’m being facetious, of course.) </p> <p class="RAG"> I didn’t learn anything from this report that I hadn’t heard rumors of before (even Roger Clemens rumors have been out there). Look at the size of the guy’s head for goodness sake. </p> <p class="RAG"> OK, I was surprised to see Rondell White’s name on the report. </p> <p class="RAG"> Can this guy do anything right? </p> <p class="RAG"> He sure as heck can’t hit. </p> <p class="RAG"> I thought steroids were supposed to be <strong>performance enhancing</strong>, White sucks. </p> <p class="RAG"> Maybe he has been paying for and injecting a placebo? I think there should be a report done on that. </p> <p class="RAG"> John Rocker? There’s a surprise. Can you say roid rage? </p> <p class="RAG"> Barry Bonds? Guilty or not, leave the guy alone, already. </p> <p class="RAG"> Jose Canseco? So the rat likes the poison, too. I thought Canseco admitted to this six years ago. </p> <p class="RAG"> Ken Caminiti? What drugs didn’t this guy take. </p> <p class="RAG"> Rafael Palmero? Yep. </p> <p class="RAG"> Eric Gagne?
