The answer to your question is that crime is up everywhere. If you want to talk outside the noraml parameters -- the Craigslist murder fits that defintion more than the Valleyfair incident. As to the vans -- you can't tell from the outside that they are built specifically for disabled people. I went on a Chamber of Commerce tour of their assembly line and if I didn't do that, I would have never known what Rollx does and how they convert their vans. We're living in a city where the national news has seen us as a place where a drunk dents the steel bars on squad cars and the home of the first Craigslist murder.
