The Savage City Council will meet Monday, April 6 at 7 p.m. in council chambers at city hall, 6000 McColl Drive.

The tentative agenda is as follows:

Call to order/roll call/Pledge of Allegiance

Presentations, proclamations, awards, suggestions, petitions, complaints and unscheduled matters — from council members and citizens

Note: Comments limited to five minutes per person. Longer presentations must be scheduled through the city clerk. Additions, deletions and modifications to the agenda

Minutes

A. Approve minutes of the City Council worksession meeting of March 9, 2009

B. Approve minutes of the regular City Council meeting of March 16, 2009.

Public hearings

A. Conduct public hearing approving 2009-2013 Street Reconstruction Plan, Capital Improvement Plan and issuance of General Obligation Bonds

1. Adopt a resolution approving City of Savage 2009-2013 Street Reconstruction Plan, Capital Improvement Plan and issuance of general Obligation Bonds

A. Consider receiving the feasibility report and ordering the public hearing for the Dakota Avenue/McQuiston Court project

1. Adopt a resolution receiving feasibility study and ordering the public hearing for the Dakota Avenue/McQuiston Court Project, City Project No. 07-20

B. Consider receiving the feasibility report and ordering the public hearing for the Hamilton of Savage Phase IV Improvement Project.

1. Adopt a resolution receiving feasibility study and ordering the public hearing for the Hamilton of Savage Phase IV Improvement Project, City Project No. 07-29

C. Approve appraisal for the property north of Community Park

1. Authorize the appropriate City officials to utilize Nicollet Partners to complete an appraisal of the property north of Community Park at a cost not to exceed $3,000 with funding to be allocated from the Special Projects Contingency Fund.

D. Approve appraisal for roadway connecting Lynn Avenue to Glenhurst Avenue and 126th Street.

1. Authorize the appropriate City officials to utilize Nicollet Partners to complete an appraisal of a 120 foot roadway corridor connecting Lynn Avenue to Glenhurst Avenue and 126th Street at a cost not to exceed $3,000 with funding to be allocated from the Capital Projects Fund.
