The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated. Danny Alan Story Jr., 19, Shakopee, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, $705 in fines. Tammy Elizabeth Zimmerman, 35, Savage, theft, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, five days of community service, $80 in fines. Lori Ann Johnston, 44, Jordan, driving after cancellation, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, five days of community service, $80 in fines. Gwen Lyng Knutson, 47, Belle Plaine, violation of driver’s license restrictions, a gross-misdemeanor. One year probation, three days in jail, 24 hours of community service, $580 in fines. Ronald Lee Petree, 60, Jordan, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $455 in fines. Beth Anne Triplett, 43, St. Paul, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation, 180 days in jail, provide DNA sample, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $105 in fines. Joshua Jay Carlson, 23, Elko, possession of burglary tools, a felony.
