Leon Thomas Denis, 48, Shakopee, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, $80 in fines.

Sherri Lynn Denman, 35, Greenville, Wis., fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Three years’ probation before conviction, 40 hours of community service, $400 in fines.

Sean Robert Haas, 21, Jordan, theft, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, five days of community service, restitution, $430 in fines.

Jonathan Nathaiel Hellmers, 23, Shakopee, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, $1,005 in fines.

Kristen Brooke Jessen, 23, Chanhassen, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, three days in jail, 37 days under electronic home-monitoring, $605 in fines.

Michael Myungho Lee, 65, Bloomington, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, $705 in fines.

James Dean Leffler, 24, Prior Lake, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $225 in fines.

Reese Lesean Stevens Sr., 30, Shakopee, fleeing officer in a motor vehicle, and fourth-degree assault of police officer, both felonies. Three years’ probation, 90 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, anger-management counseling, $265 in fines. DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Three years’ probation, 90 days in jail (concurrent), $240 in fines.

Kelly Raye Troszak, 22, Shakopee, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, three days in jail, 27 days under electronic home-monitoring, $755 in fines.

Maximino Real Valencia, 39, Shakopee, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, four days in jail, random tests, $380 in fines.

Michael Joseph Wolter, 20, Chaska, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 31 days in jail, complete treatment, $305 in fines.

Dannie Rambahal, 22, Shakopee, third-degree burglary, a felony. Serve 30 months in prison (concurrent to previous sentence), $380 in fines.

Brent Anthony Church, 25, New Prague, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, three days in jail, $405 in fines.

Joel Douglas Demers, 19, Mankato, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $605 in fines.

 Thomas Joseph Trudel, 50, Shakopee, refusal to submit to test, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation three days in jail, $1,005 in fines.

Caleb Benjamin Bakken, 24, Mahnomen, receiving stolen property, a felony. Five years probation, 180 days in jail, provide DNA sample, $80 in fines.

Duran Richard Kirschman, 38, Belle Plaine, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, five days of community service, $825 in fines.
