Joseph Michael Smith, 21, Shakopee, third-degree criminal damage to property, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 60 days in jail, $80 in fines. False name to police officer, a gross-misdemeanor, and obstruction of the legal process and failure to notify owner after accident, both misdemeanors.
