Kay Thibodeaux of Savage and Lori Provencher of Nashville, Tenn. are in the marketplace area at Civic Fest in the Minneapolis Convention Center. Civic Fest got under way last Friday and runs through the end of the Republican National Convention. Admission fees have been waived for the rest of the week due to Hurricane Gustav, but donations are being accepted. Thibodeaux and Provencher are selling Fifth Avenue Collection jewelry and are just one of a wide range of vendors at Civic Fest.
