Authorities say a man from Savage who crashed his car south of Chaska last month has died.

John L. Holm, 63, died Saturday at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, according to the county medical examiner's office.

Holm suffered a broken neck and other injuries in the Oct. 12 single-vehicle crash. The State Patrol said Holm’s station wagon left Highway 41 around 4:30 p.m., hit a sign and went airborne into trees.
