The U.S. Postal Service is hoping to increase the cost of a first-class stamp to 42 cents but it is also proposing a "forever stamp," which would allow folks to continue using the same stamps regardless of future increases.

If this comes about, would you be willing to dole out, say, $210 now for 500 stamps to use (or lose) between now and "forever" or would you be more apt to pay the going rate?
