Several months (maybe even a year) ago, I went to a Web site that was supposed to keep my cell phone number out of the hands of telemarketers.

Recently, I have been seeing several 800 numbers come through on my caller ID and I don't answer these calls because I don't want to waste my minutes telling someone, for example, that I don't need windows or lawn maintenance for my townhome.

What ever happened to this list? Did the time period expire and make me fair game? Is there any other way to prevent these calls from coming in?
