Do you feel the need to forward on every e-mail that suggests you'll have bad luck if you don't?

Do you return all the ones that say "If I don't get this back then I know you're not my friend?"

Or do you just hit "delete" when you see 15 forwards that you know you've probably seen a dozen times in the past few years?
