Jared and Joan Wiese of Savage announce the birth of their daughter, Lauren Marie Wiese, at 2:20 a.m. on June 17, 2007, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19¼ inches long. She has blue eyes and light brown hair.

Grandparents are David and Marilyn Welle, Greenwald, Minn., and Dorothy Wiese, Appleton, Minn.

Lauren was welcomed home by big brother Zachary, 2.
