Low-interest loans are available for low and modest income families living in Carver, Dakota, Goodhue, Rice or Scott counties with children under 18 years old through Community Action Council’s Ways to Work program. Loans are available to help buy or repair a used vehicle.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and be employed 30+ hours per week for six months minimum. All applicants must supply a current credit report dated less than 30 days old at the time of application and must have enough verifiable income to repay the loan.
