The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated.

Shane Robert Lund, 36, St. Cloud, check forgery, a felony. Serve 18 months in prison (concurrent to previous sentence), provide DNA sample, restitution, $80 in fines.

Brock Arthur Soukkala, 21, Prior Lake, fourth-degree assault (police officer), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 90 days in jail, 15 days of community service, abstain from alcohol, random tests, attend alcohol abuse group-support meetings, $80 in fines.

Cherilynn Louise Arndt, 39, Lakeland, Minn., check forgery, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 40 hours of community service, restitution, $80 in fines.

Earl Howard Miller, 39, Belle Plaine, two counts of fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, both felonies. Ten years’ probation, 180 days in jail, eight days of community service, provide DNA sample,  abstain from alcohol, random tests, $105 in fines.

Sherri Lynn Denman, 35, Greenville, Wis., fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Three years’ probation before conviction: 40 hours of community service, $425 in fines.

Marcus Wayne Crandall, 29, Minneapolis, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation, 180 days in jail, provide DNA sample, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $105 in fines.

Kimberly Yolanda Edwards, 45, Minneapolis, check forgery, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, $80 in fines.

Jeffrey Dale Fitzgerald, 44, Prior Lake, obstruction of legal process, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, $655 in fines.

Jeffrey D. Fitzgerald II, 22, Prior Lake, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, $455 in fines.

Matthew Henry Freeman, 25, Apple Valley, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, five days of community service, $455 in fines.

Brandon Tyler Hanson, 20, Minneapolis, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, $705 in fines.

Deonte Lavar Haymer, 22, Minneapolis, theft by swindle, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 90 days in jail, $180 in fines.

Stefanie Marie Landes, 21, Montgomery, issuance of dishonored check, a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, $75 in fines.

Adam Patrick Lintz, 22, Prior Lake, contributing to the delinquency of a child as a petty offender, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, five days of community service, no contact with victim(s), $205 in fines.

Brenda Lee Nordstrom, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Four years’ probation, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $200 in fines.

Kevin John Donnelly, 43, Savage, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: 80 hours of community service,

Nathan Scott Turcotte, 25, Savage, second-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Serve 88 months in prison, provide DNA sample.

Jacob William Wagstaff, 26, Shakopee, refusal to submit to test, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, three days in jail, 37 days under electronic home-monitoring, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $125 in fines.

Erica Elaine Johnson, 36, Prior Lake, financial transaction-card fraud, a felony. Five years’ probation, 180 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $80 in fines. Theft by swindle, a felony. Same sentence, serve concurrently. Fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Ten years’ probation, $80 in fines (concurrent to previous sentence).

Christopher Bruce Lillevold, 34, Burnsville, driving after cancellation, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, $80 in fines. Driving after cancellation, a gross-misdemeanor. Adjudication stayed: Two years’ probation, same sentence, serve concurrently.

Allan James Baumann, 33, Farmington, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation, provide DNA sample, $605 in fines.

Sonam Damdul, 33, Crystal, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Three years’ probation, 30 days in jail, 60 days under electronic home-monitoring, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $205 in fines.
