The Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative (MVEC), 125 Minnesota Valley Electric Drive, in Jordan will host its biannual all-you-can-eat shrimp dinner on Friday, April 18 from 5 to 7 p.m.

This fund-raising event will help electrify Pignon, Haiti, a small town of 30,000 people located east of Cuba. The menu includes shrimp, salad, cheesy potatoes, garlic toast, cheesecake and beverages. Call (952) 492-2313 to reserve tickets, which are $20 per person. Take outs are also available.
