David Walsh will discuss why children need to hear “no” and how parents can say it during a free seminar from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, April 28, in the Mraz Center at Burnsville High School.
He has authored eight books including, “Why Do They Act Like That? A Survival Guide to the Adolescent Brain for You and Your Teen” and “‘NO’ — Why Kids (of all ages) Need to Hear It and How Parents Can Say It.”
His presentations are understandable, engaging, and laced with warmth and humor.
No registration is required, and free child care will be provided for school-age children. This seminar is sponsored by District 191 PTOs and/or Site Councils, Fairview Ridges Hospital and Clinics and BankCherokee.
