The following are Scott County District Court felony and gross-misdemeanor dispositions. Defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty by the court unless otherwise indicated.

Andre Antone Carpenter, 24, Burnsville, domestic assault, a misdemeanor. One year probation, evaluation, $155 in fines. Terroristic threats, a felony. Five years’ probation, provide DNA sample, $130 in fines.

Lori Jean Haugen, 44, Prior Lake, criminal vehicular operation (substantial bodily harm), a gross-midemeanor. Two years’ probation, undergo evaluation, $605 in fines.

Che Hang Ho, 23, Shakopee, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation, 86 days under electronic home-monitoring, provide DNA sample, $555 in fines.

Hector Manuel Perez, 40, Chaska, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction, 80 hours of community service, abstain from alcohol, $425 in fines.

Victor Sanchez, 21, Shakopee, refusal to submit to test, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail (consecutive to previous sentence), abstain from alcohol, random tests, $25 in fines.

Steven Lawrence Monnens, 25, Prior Lake, refusal to submit to test, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, two days in jail, 28 days under electronic home-monitoring, $605 in fines.

Steven David Wolter, 41, Green Isle, DWI, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, abstain from alcohol, $1,005 in fines.

Jason Lynn Cole, 32, St. Peter, refusal to submit to test, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, one day in jail, 10 days under electronic home-monitoring, $505 in fines.

Brett Donald Anderson II, 23, Jordan, state lottery fraud, a gross-misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal damage to property, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days in jail, six days of community service, provide DNA sample, restitution, $1,679 in fines.

Elizabeth Elaine Bergren, 35, Shakopee, issuance of dishonored check, a felony. Adjudication stayed: One year probation, restitution, $300 in fines. Fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Five years’ probation before conviction: 40 hours of community service, follow recommendations from evaluation. Careless driving, a misdemeanor. One year probation, $1,105 in fines.

Andrew J. Storkamp, 27, Fridley, first-degree sale of controlled substance, a felony. Serve 114 months in prison (consecutive to previous sentence), provide DNA sample, $80 in fines.

Samantha Jo Urban, 19, Burnsville, terroristic threats, a felony. Five years’ probation, 60 days in jail, abstain from alcohol, random tests, provide DNA sample, $380 in fines.

Roger Eldred Betts Jr., 40, Savage, first-degree burglary, a felony. Adjudication stayed: 60 days in jail, attend alcohol abuse group-support meetings, abstain from alcohol, random tests. Fifth-degree assault, a misdemeanor. One year probation, nine days of community service, $180 in fines.

Steven Willard Gutzmer, 59, New Prague, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 180 days in jail, outpatient treatment, $980 in fines.

Thomas Glen Hofer, 18, Bloomington, first-degree criminal damage to property, a felony. Three years’ probation, two days in jail, 64 hours of community service, abstain from alcohol, random tests, restitution, $1,076 in fines.

Robbi John Lee, 39, Shakopee, fifth-degree possession of controlled substance, a felony. Three years’ probation before conviction, $300 in fines.

Douglas Bert Melby, 26, Shakopee, fifth-degree assault, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, anger management, abstain from alcohol, random tests, $80 in fines. First-degree burglary, a felony. Seven years’ probation, evaluation, provide DNA sample, restitution, $225 in fines.

Terri Linn Montgomery, 43, Shakopee, theft, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 45 days under electronic home-monitoring, restitution, $1,380 in fines.

Paul Jerome Roby, 36, Shakopee, driving after cancellation (inimical to public safety), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, $500 in fines.

Joshua Clifton Smith, 27, Burnsville, driving after cancellation, a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 60 days in jail, 30 days under electronic home-monitoring, $480 in fines.

Orfa Nohemy Rodriguez Lemus, 24, Chaska, wrongfully obtaining assistance (theft), a gross-misdemeanor. Two years’ probation, 10 days of community service, restitution, $80 in fines.
