First-half property taxes are due by Thursday, May 15. There are several payment options:

At the Customer Service window at the Scott County Government Center in Shakopee. Hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

By mail, postmarked on or before May 15. (Those who mail should keep in mind that postage will increase to 42 cents on May 12.)

Tax payment drop-boxes located in front of Customer Service and near the front receptionist desk during business hours.

Tax payment drop-boxes located at all Scott County libraries starting May 5.

Tax payment drop-box now available in parking lot B (north side of Government Center) near the postal mailbox.

Curbside drop-off, available on Thursday, May 15 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in parking lot B.
