The Burnsville baseball team fell back to the .500 in the Lake Conference following a 2-1 loss to Rosemount on May 8.
The Blaze is 7-7 in the conference (8-7 overall) and will return to action on Monday, May 12 when it plays host to Lakeville North in a conference game at Alimagnet Fields at 4:15 p.m.
Jacob Dahl took the loss against Rosemount, despite allowing just two earned runs over five innings. He allowed both runs in the bottom of the first inning.
The Blaze rallied forĀ one run in the top of the seventh on Evan Walker's solo home run. Burnsville had just four hits in the game.
Danny Hanson pitched a scoreless inning of relief for the Blaze.
