WMLC specializes in social skills groups and therapeutic recreation for individuals with Asperger Syndrome and high functioning autism. The techniques we use are also beneficial to individuals with ADD/ADHD and other related conditions.
WMLC was founded in 2001 by Debra Schipper, an Autism spectrum disorder specialist with over 30 years of experience as an educator in the Twin Cities area. Classes are taught by skilled professionals using a wide variety of cutting edge techniques and supports, integrated into customized curricula which progress developmentally and topically for individuals from age 3 to 21.
