Three teenagers from Savage were arrested for burglary last weekend after they allegedly scaled the drain pipe of a vacant building in Prior Lake and got into it through a hatch on the roof.
Police are investigating a report that a group of eight young adults harassed and then pulled a knife on a teenage woman in downtown Savage while she was walking with her baby last weekend.
The Savage Police Department issued 38 citations between March 8 and 14 and responded to 196 incidents between March 8 and 15. Some of the incidents included the following:

A 35-year-old Prior Lake woman faces criminal sexual conduct charges after admitting to police that she was involved in an ongoing sexual relationship with her son’s 15-year-old friend.

A Savage firefighter was one of two people hurt Tuesday morning (March 16) at an apartment fire at The Observatory Apartments in Burnsville.
During the fire operation, a ceiling collapsed on the Savage firefighter and also one from Lakeville, which resulted in minor and nonlife threatening injuries. They were both treated at the scene by Allina.

A 48-year-old man from Minneapolis has been charged by the Dakota County Attorney with two counts of felony assault in connection with an incident following a Burnsville Athletic Club (BAC) basketball game.
